EHC is currently looking for a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator for a client in the south Houston, TX area.
Recruiting Coordinator:
This position provides a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support the recruiting and onboarding team. This team is a shared service providing support to the 14 companies that comprise the Texas Pipe Family of Companies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist hiring managers in Job requisition creation and create additional job ads as needed.
- Conduct employment related research and assist recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews on candidates meeting job requirements.
- Understand the fundamentals of candidate assessment and relationship building.
- Handle candidate scheduling, applicant tracking, and providing administrative support.
- Represent and promote the organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
- Assist in onboarding and rehire processes for new employees, inclusive of background checks and drug screenings.
- Partnership in organization and attendance of recruitment events and job fairs.
- Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files.
- Adherence to business/personal data privacy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
