Responsibilities:

Coordinate the recruitment process for healthcare professionals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

Manage and maintain credentialing documentation for new hires and existing staff.

Utilize bilingual skills to communicate with diverse candidates and clients effectively.

Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in the credentialing process.

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate reports as needed.

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience in recruiting or credentialing, preferably in healthcare.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and credentialing software.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Positive attitude and a passion for connecting people with meaningful careers.
