Responsibilities: • Manage refinance escrow files from open to close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely funding • Communicate effectively with lenders, borrowers, title companies, and agents in both English and Spanish • Review, prepare, and balance closing documents and settlement statements • Coordinate disbursements, funding, and recording with precision • Provide a top-tier client experience through proactive communication and problem-solving Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer specializing in refinance transactionsFluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Required to be in our Sherman Oaks office • Deep understanding of escrow procedures, title requirements, and closing documentation • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills • Proficiency with escrow/title software (e.g., Qualia, SoftPro, ResWare, etc.) • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism and client care Compensation: $60,000
