About the Role:

HOME LINK INTERNATIONAL INC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Asbury, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by delivering evidence-based behavioral support in a bilingual setting. Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings

Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior targets during each session

Communicate effectively with clients and families in both English and Spanish (or applicable second language)

Assist in skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social, and adaptive behaviors

Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards

Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support client goals

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other applicable language) required

Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred

Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior management techniques

Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass a background check and meet all state and company compliance requirements

Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in and around Asbury, NJ
