About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at CHASING YOUR DREAMS LLC as a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / (BT) in High Point, NC! In this rewarding role, you will work directly with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans and support their journey towards independence and success.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Provide direct support and guidance to clients in various settings, including home and community.

Monitor and document client progress and behavior data accurately.

Communicate effectively with clients and their families in both English and Spanish.

Assist in the development of client-specific goals and objectives.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Foster a positive and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.

Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Requirements:

Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree is a plus.

Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
