Lee is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) attorney with 5+ years of experience in immigration law to join our team. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to advocate for immigrants before USCIS and EOIR. Responsibilities • Represent clients in removal proceedings and USCIS matters. • Draft and review legal filings, motions, and applications. • Supervise legal assistants and paralegals to ensure high-quality submissions. • Collaborate on case strategy and client preparation. • Maintain timely communication with clients and team members. • Contribute to firm-wide goals and KPIs. Qualifications: • Licensed attorney in any U.S. state. • Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law, especially EOIR and family-based immigration (waivers, VAWA, U/T visas, consular processing). • Fluent in English and Spanish (required). • Strong litigation, legal writing, and research skills. • Tech-savvy with MS 365, PDFs, and case management tools. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines. • Compassionate advocate for immigrants and trauma survivors. • Willing to commute to our Escondido office.
