Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of skilled roofing technicians and ensure high-quality workmanship

• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and safety regulations
• Provide technical guidance and training to the roofing crew
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for each project

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the roofing industry

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

• Proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects, from small residential jobs to large commercial undertakings

• Expertise in reading blueprints, interpreting building codes, and navigating the permitting process

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing job site conditions

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team

• Familiarity with suppliers, roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices

• Proficient in the use of roofing-specific software for estimating, project management, and reporting
