    About Replay Surfacing

Replay Surfacing is a rapidly growing company specializing in poured-in-place rubber surfacing for playgrounds, sport courts, and commercial spaces. We take pride in quality installations, efficiency, and building a strong team that can grow with us.

    Position Overview

We are looking for a hard-working, reliable bilingual installer to join our field crew. This role is hands-on and physically demanding, involving the installation of rubber surfacing systems across a variety of project sites.

This position is heavily travel-based. Installers are almost always working outside of Charlotte and should expect to travel regularly and stay overnight for extended periods of time in different cities and states.

In addition to installation work, this role will serve as a key communicator between English-speaking management and Spanish-speaking crew members, helping ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    Installation Work (Primary Role)

    Install poured-in-place rubber surfacing systems

    Mix and apply rubber materials

Perform detailed finishing work to meet quality standards

Assist with site prep, layout, and clean-up

    Communication / Translation

Translate instructions between management and crew members (English ↔ Spanish)

Help ensure all team members understand scope, expectations, and quality standards

Support clear communication on job sites to improve efficiency and reduce errors

    Travel & Job Site Work

Travel frequently (often weekly) to job sites across multiple cities and states

Stay overnight for extended periods while working on out-of-town projects

Work long days as needed to complete projects on schedule

Adapt to changing schedules due to weather and job site conditions

    What to Expect

    Travel-heavy position (not a local-only role)

Physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)

Outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Long hours and schedule variability depending on project needs

    Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

    Valid driver’s license (required)

    Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to perform physical labor consistently

Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions

Construction or installation experience preferred (but not required)

    Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

Per diem ($40/day) for full out-of-town workdays

    Company-paid hotels for travel projects

Opportunity for growth into Crew Lead or higher-level roles

Paid time off and company holidays

    Important

This is not a light-duty or local-only role. This position requires consistent physical labor, frequent travel, and the ability to stay out of town for extended periods.
