Start With Stability — Then Grow Fast
Most SLPA jobs advertise high per-visit rates, but your pay drops when clients cancel, schedules shift, or caseloads fluctuate.
At Dallas Reading & Language Services, you start with guaranteed, full-time pay and grow quickly as your skills and caseload expand.
From day one:
✅ Guaranteed 40 paid hours per week
✅ Paid while your caseload is being built
✅ No income loss from cancellations
✅ Predictable, consistent paycheck
This role is designed for someone who wants financial security first—and accelerated growth second.
Compensation & Growth Path:
Guaranteed Hourly Pay
$16–$24/hour, based on experience, licensure, and bilingual skills
40 hours/week guaranteed at the start, regardless of caseload size
Raises Come Quickly Raises are tied to clear, observable milestones:
Caseload development
Clinical efficiency and independence
Mastery of clinic workflows and documentation
Reliability, initiative, and teamwork
Strong performers don’t wait years for raises—pay increases happen early as competence increases.
Bonuses (On Top of Hourly Pay)
Once your caseload is established, you can earn:
Per-visit productivity bonuses
Office-task bonuses (supporting operations, efficiency, special projects)
Team-based bonuses tied to overall clinic performance
This structure rewards both individual contribution and team success.
