📍 Location: In-Office | Department: Safety | Language: English & Spanish

💵 Pay: 40k | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM (1-hour lunch)

We’re a fast-growing transportation company looking for a detail-obsessed professional to help keep our fleet safe and compliant. If you’re organized, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this could be your next role! Safety experience in transportation is a plus but not required, we will teach you everything you need to know.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Manage driver leads

Set up driver logins, audit accounts, and troubleshooting support.

Maintain safety records for drivers and equipment up to date.

Train drivers on company’s safety policies.

Coordinate roadside repairs and emergency support

Inbound & outbound Driver Employment History Verifications

Help develop and improve safety policies, procedures, & training materials

Use multiple software platforms for safety-related tasks

Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations

Support the Safety Manager to keep our fleet compliant with DOT regulations

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)

2+ years in an office/admin role (Transportation industry preferred)

Computer savvy with working knowledge of Excel

Dependable, self-starter and focused compliance professional

Able to prioritize workload with frequent interruptions

High attention to detail and follow-through

Positive, patient, and professional attitude

Able to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization
