Since 1979, Braswell & Son has been Arkansas’ premier destination for luxury handbags, estate jewelry, fine watches, and authenticated designer goods. We are a family-owned company with deep roots in the Little Rock community — and we’re growing. We recently expanded into the Nashville, Tennessee area. As our Spanish-speaking customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a bilingual Sales Associate who can deliver our signature luxury experience fluently and authentically in both English and Spanish.
The Role
You will be the bridge between our brand and our Spanish-speaking customers — building trust, guiding purchases, and creating the kind of experience that brings people back. This is a relationship-driven sales role in a luxury retail environment unlike anything else in the market.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver personalized service to English and Spanish-speaking customers / Brindar servicio personalizado a clientes en inglés y español • Explain contracts, financing terms, and transaction details clearly in both languages / Explicar contratos, términos de financiamiento y detalles de transacciones en ambos idiomas • Guide customers through purchases, trades, and pawn transactions / Guiar a los clientes en compras, intercambios y transacciones de empeño • Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business / Construir relaciones duraderas con los clientes • Consistently meet individual and store sales goals / Alcanzar consistentemente las metas de ventas individuales y de la tienda • Represent the Braswell & Son brand with warmth, professionalism, and care / Representar la marca Braswell & Son con calidez y profesionalismo
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required — candidates must be able to speak, read, and write proficiently in both languages. This role requires the ability to explain contracts, financing terms, and transaction details clearly and accurately in English.
• Minimum 2 years of continuous sales, retail, or customer service experience with a single employer • A natural connector — someone who makes every customer feel genuinely welcome • Comfortable working with luxury goods, jewelry, handbags, or high-value items • Strong attention to detail and professional presentation • Reliable, team-oriented, and consistent in your work history
