Collaborate and Conquer: Work with the warehouse and installation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, keeping customers happy and deals flowing.
Stay Ahead of the Game: Continuously attend training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
Smash Targets: Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets – your commission depends on it!
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven sales experience, especially in retail or home improvement.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a natural ability to connect with diverse customers.
A documented history of exceeding sales goals and targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What We Offer:
