We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused bilingual individual with strong sales and communication skills. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!

Duties

• Assist customers with vehicle selection and financing options
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Complete paperwork related to title transfers and financing documents
• Make collections on accounts receivable
• Maintain organized and accurate customer records
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Prior customer service or sales experience
• Experience with automotive paperwork or collections is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
