    Position Overview

    This is a full-time Bilingual Sales Representative career opportunity with Kurt Goeser State Farm in Independence, MO for someone who wants to build a long-term sales career in the insurance industry.     Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain customer relationships through consultative conversations about coverage needs
    • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
    • Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
    • Participate in product training and licensing coursework
    • Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
    • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system

    Qualifications

    • Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided
    • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

    • Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
    • Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up

    Pay range: $55,000-$70,000 per year

    This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
