We’re a collaborative, mission-driven immigration law firm looking for a Senior Immigration Paralegal who blends deep case management experience with creative thinking and problem-solving skills. You’ll carry your own caseload while also acting as a key support to the Managing Paralegal—helping monitor deadlines, step in where needed, and serve as a go-to resource for the team. This is a role for someone who loves thinking critically, solving problems, and helping others succeed—all in an environment where your judgment is respected and your brainpower is valued. Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Manage a caseload of immigration matters with precision and care. • Step in on urgent or overflow matters, whether someone is out or a deadline is looming. • Serve as second-in-command to the Managing Paralegal, helping keep the team's workflow smooth and on time. • Offer day-to-day support and guidance to the paralegal team as a trusted peer and model. • Collaborate on workflows for new case types—bringing your ideas and experience to the table. • Identify issues early, troubleshoot, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • 5+ years of hands-on immigration paralegal experience. • Strong command of case management systems (Docketwise and/or Monday.com a plus) and legal processes. • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required. • A creative, solutions-oriented mindset—you enjoy solving problems and improving processes. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you like getting things right the first time. • Comfortable working independently and collaborating virtually. Compensation: $10 - $12 hourly
