Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Speak to potential customers (English + Spanish) about the benefits of going solar — cost savings, energy independence, the whole deal. • Promote solar solutions like a pro — recommend packages, overcome objections, and move people to action. • Know your stuff — explain why Direct Solar beats the competition (we’ll train you to back it up). • Stay sharp and responsive — manage follow-up emails, callbacks, and appointment scheduling like a machine. • Work as part of a team that’s hungry and collaborative — we don’t do lone wolves or slow movers. Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table: • Fluent in Spanish and English (must-have). • Experience in outbound call centers or phone sales (bonus if you’ve done solar). • Comfortable with CRM, email, and chat tools – if you’ve used a headset and closed with a keyboard, you’re golden. • Competitive, focused, and coachable – we don’t expect perfection, just the drive to level up.
