About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at TREEHOUSE THERAPY CENTER LLC as a Bilingual (Spanish) Behavior Therapist! We are dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral therapy services to children and families in Lakeville, MN, and we are looking for passionate individuals to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with children, utilizing evidence-based behavioral techniques.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.

Collaborate with families to provide support and guidance in behavioral strategies.

Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.

Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, promoting social skills and peer interactions.

Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients and their families.

Communicate effectively with team members and participate in team meetings.

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication with clients.

Experience working with children with behavioral challenges, preferably in a therapeutic setting.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field is preferred.

Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
