Job Description
Taylor Brothers is a family owned company that sells windows, doors, hardware, and related items to the building industry in Southern California. This job opportunity is for a Sales or Front Desk Assistant. We are looking for a very reliable and punctual person with a great attitude who can get along with others, can move and learn quickly, has QuickBooks or similar experience and can type at least 30 wpm. Key Responsibilities Include:
-Working side by side with another Assistant -Handling busy phones in a cheerful and professional manner -Directing customers to the correct person, able to engage in conversation and get the information needed to do so -Using QuickBooks to look up customers, to search for data, able to use reports and create invoices -Assisting with the pulling of small orders -Perform Accounts Receivable actions -Additional Administrative projects as needed -Sales Assistant activities
Requirements: ( Please do not submit a resume unless you meet these requirements) At least one year experience using QuickBooks or similar software Customer Service oriented Excellent Attendance Strong Communication Skills Can type at least 30 wpm Ability to handle all kinds of personality types in a professional manner Able to speak Spanish in a professional setting Previous experience in the building industry a big plus Ability to lift 30 pounds
