    Little Masters Development Center is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals who want more than just a job—they want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families while building a rewarding career in early intervention and ABA.

    You’ll work with young children, ages birth-2, providing individualized, play-based ABA services in the child’s home.

    We are currently providing services to families in the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn.

    Required Qualifications:

    Birth–Grade 2 Certification or LMSW

    Fluent in Spanish and English

    Ability to communicate effectively with children and Spanish- and English-speaking families

    Passion for working with toddlers and young children

    Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care

    Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and follow clinical guidance

    Strong communication and collaboration skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, or a related field

    Previous experience working with young children or families

    Previous ABA experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support

    What You’ll Do

    Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to toddlers ages 2–3

    Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision

    Support children's communication, social, behavioral, and developmental goals

    Collect and accurately record clinical data

    Build positive, supportive relationships with children and their families

    Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking caregivers and other members of the child's care team

    Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other professionals

    Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
