Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and efficiency goals.
Provide leadership, training, and support to production staff in both English and Spanish.

Monitor production lines for accuracy, consistency, and workflow optimization.
Translate instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure full employee understanding.
