Bilingual (Spanish) Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starting at $125,000+ (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult and geriatric patients
• No inpatient or on-call duties
• Panel capped at 650 patients
• Average 10–12 patients per day to allow for high-touch, unrushed care
• Perform minor in-office procedures including:
  • Suturing
  • Joint injections
  • Skin biopsies
  • Wound care
  • Preventive screenings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Promote a culture of excellence in clinical outcomes and patient experience

Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited program

• Active, unrestricted Florida NP license
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Proficient in common in-office procedures (suturing, injections, biopsies, wound care)
• Geriatric experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Patient-focused, team-oriented approach to care
• Passion for serving medically complex or underserved populations
