About the Role:

Exceptional Pediatric Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team in Houston, TX! In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of children by delivering high-quality, culturally responsive speech and language services. Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, fluency, voice, and communication disorders

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) therapy services to children and families from diverse backgrounds

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs/IFSPs) based on assessment findings

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and educators

Conduct standardized and dynamic assessments in both English and Spanish

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports

Educate and coach parents and caregivers on home practice strategies and therapy goals

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Valid Texas state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required

Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language therapy

Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) a plus

Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented professional with strong communication skills
