We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech Therapist to join our team! As a Speech Therapist, you will be meeting with new patients, assessing their speech needs, and creating personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals. You will also be documenting all patient care, observing and participating in treatment, and adjusting goals and milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, is able to provide compassionate care to every patient, and has excellent organizational skills.
Job Summary for SLPA
We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech Therapist Assistant to join our team! As a Speech Therapist Assistant, duties include but are not limited to, therapy sessions and treatment implementation, daily documentation of therapy sessions, correct CPT coding for sessions, parent education, and coordination of care with other therapy disciplines (as applicable). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, can provide compassionate care to every patient, and has excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications
Bilingual: Spanish and English (preferred)
Active state license for practicing speech therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong charting and documentation skills
Responsibilities
Participate in Staff Meetings
Maintain CEUs and licensure
Complete max plans of care each month or each week (e.g., Up to 9 times a month or up to 2x a week)
Reschedule canceled or missed therapy visits, and plan ahead for holidays or future cancellations
