First Team Staffing is looking for a dynamic Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to be part of our exciting new Tampa location. ** Schedule:**

Monday – Friday
** Hours:**
Must be available between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

** Key Responsibilities:**

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to attract and engage candidates
• Conduct interviews in Spanish and English (in person and over the phone)
• Match candidates with job opportunities and present roles with enthusiasm
• Use Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) , especially TempWorks Software , to manage candidate flow
• Provide coaching and support to employees on topics like attendance, punctuality, hygiene, and workplace conduct
• Build lasting relationships with supervisors and clients at partner companies
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the office

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Spanish and English – both written and spoken
• Experience in staffing , recruiting , or a related field preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic phone and computer proficiency; comfort using ATS tools like TempWorks
• Must be reliable, upbeat, and highly motivated
• ** Valid driver’s license** required
