We are currently seeking a ** Bilingual Staffing Coordinator** to serve as the front facing representative of our branch while supporting our recruiting team with administrative and talent acquisition responsibilities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a positive experience, maintaining office organization, and supporting the overall growth and productivity of the branch.

** What You’ll Be Doing**

• Greet walk in applicants and office visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls with a polished and courteous demeanor
• Manage job board postings and review incoming applications
• Search the applicant tracking system for candidates matching specific job orders
• Source candidates using various job boards and recruiting tools
• Review resumes and conduct initial prescreening based on established criteria
• Contact qualified applicants using multiple methods of communication
• Manage and maintain the weekly in-office interview schedule
• Schedule appointments and coordinate interviews for recruiters
• Scan identification documents and create accurate applicant files
• Assist with restocking beverages and snacks and perform light office cleaning duties
• Complete additional tasks as needed

** Who We’re Looking For**

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required
• Efficient with computers and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great attention to detail and thoroughness with work
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong sense of urgency and follow through

** What You Can Expect**

• $18.00 – $20.00/hr
• Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
