Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled bilingual (English/Spanish) Stone Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience working with natural and engineered stone surfaces and is comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Polish and finish granite, quartz, and other stone surfaces to high-quality standards

Operate polishing tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure proper finish

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors (English/Spanish)

Qualifications & Requirements

Prior experience in stone polishing or countertop fabrication preferred

Ability to use hand tools and polishing machinery

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Reliable and punctual
