    We are seeking a vibrant and dynamic Bilingual Talent Specialist to join our team. As our Bilingual Talent Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our talent development efforts, bringing your energy and creativity to create engaging training programs, deliver impactful training sessions in Spanish, and translate internal documents with flair. Your role will also include supporting various HR tasks and initiatives, ensuring our workplace is thriving and our team is inspired. Responsibilities: • Create and Innovate: Develop compelling and engaging training materials that captivate and educate our team. • Deliver with Impact: Lead dynamic training sessions in Spanish, using your engaging style to inspire and motivate participants. • Translate with Precision: Translate internal documentation from English to Spanish, ensuring the content is clear, accurate, and culturally resonant. • Engage and Support: Assist with a range of HR tasks and initiatives, bringing your enthusiasm and influence to enhance our team’s experience and workplace culture. Qualifications: • Fluent in English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Ability to translate documents accurately and deliver training sessions effectively in Spanish. • Proven experience in creating and delivering training programs, with a background in Human Resources or a related field. Experience in developing engaging content and training materials is highly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and motivate others. Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. • Ability to develop and present creative training materials and solutions that are both engaging and effective. Experience in using innovative approaches to enhance learning and development. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role. • Familiarity with HR software and learning management systems (LMS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools. • Experience in customer service or related roles, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent support. • Collaborative and supportive team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to contribute to various HR tasks and initiatives as needed. • Flexibility and openness to change, with the ability to adapt training methods and HR practices to meet evolving organizational needs. Compensation: $51,500 yearly
