    We are seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Paralegal to join our TN Visa Team, specializing in U.S. employment-based non-immigrant visa petitions for Mexican professionals under the TN classification (USMCA). This is a highly specialized role that requires 1–3 years of direct experience preparing and filing TN petitions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in client communication, and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously with minimal oversight. Please note: applicants without direct TN petition experience will not be considered. Responsibilities: • Prepare and file TN visa petitions in compliance with USMCA/NAFTA requirements. • Draft employer support letters and compile documentation (education, experience, licensure) for TN eligibility. • Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to request, review, and confirm supporting documents. • Coordinate with U.S. employers and Mexican professionals to ensure complete filings and timely submissions. • Track deadlines and proactively manage timelines for approvals and renewals. • Maintain accurate case records in immigration case management systems. • Provide clear client updates on status, next steps, and RFEs if applicable. Qualifications: • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).1–3 years of direct experience handling TN visa petitions (required). • Strong understanding of TN occupational categories and USMCA requirements. • Excellent writing skills, especially for employer support letters. • Proficient with immigration case management software (e.g., Clio, Salesforce, or similar). • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage cases independently. Compensation: $29 - $31 hourly
