Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Clerk (English/Spanish)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Miramar, FL. This position is primarily focused on clerical and administrative duties in a warehouse setting. While occasional physical warehouse tasks may be required, the majority of responsibilities are office-based, supporting logistics and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records of inventory, shipping, and receiving
- Prepare and process documents such as bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments in both English and Spanish
- Maintain warehouse logs and inventory tracking systems
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and reconciliation
- File and organize physical and digital documents
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support light warehouse tasks such as labeling or packing, as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative/clerical role preferred
- Strong computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic data entry
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with inventory systems or logistics software is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing clerical duties
- Occasionally lift or move items up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse office environment
