What You'll Do

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, making every visit feel personal and encouraging.

Accurately take and document vitals, weights, measurements, and patient histories.

Support our providers during both in-office visits and telehealth appointments, ensuring smooth, seamless care.

Assist with weight loss protocols, patient education, and follow-up communication.

Communicate fluently with our Spanish-speaking patients to make sure everyone feels heard, comfortable, and cared for.

Keep the clinic running smoothly with accurate charting, scheduling support, and a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For

Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required. Your language skills will make a real difference in our patients' experience.

Medical Assistant certification or relevant experience (weight loss or wellness experience is a big plus!).

Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records, or eagerness to learn quickly.

A people-person with a positive, can-do attitude and genuine compassion for patients.

Reliable, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Details

Position: Bilingual Weight Loss Medical Assistant

Location: Lufkin, TX (In-Office)

Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-5Pm

Pay: [$16-20 an hour] — based on experience

Must Have Current Medical Assistant Certificate
