    FULLY REMOTE POSITION: Collection Agency seeks motivated and assertive Debt Collectors who are results-driven to work in fast paced call center environment. This is a GREAT opportunity with bonus incentives and career advancement.

    Must be fluent in both Spanish/English and HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT.

    Ideal Candidate: You will have strong negotiation and communication skills, critical thinking skills, ability to work in a fast past environment, speak in a professional and clear phone persona, work independently and resolve consumer accounts by removing stalls and objectives.

    Hours Are: Mon-Fri. 8:00am-5:00pm ET (Eastern Time). Must be flexible based on Department needs. During training candidate must be able to work an alternate schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm PT (Pacific Time) Training is a minimum of 45 days. You cannot miss any training; it is mandatory for continued employment with IRR.

    Qualifications:

    1. Must have a separate, secured and quiet space to work in. It cannot be shared space.
    2. Must be a US Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident Alien with three or more years as a permanent resident in the United States.
    3. Must reside in the US or a US Territory.
    4. Must use your own equipment, with a windows operating system of 10 or better, 4gb of ram. Internet speed must be a minimum of 100 MPBS with a strong and stable connection. Power source must also be stable and consistent.
    5. Must be accessible via any form of communication during your scheduled work shift.
    6. Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a related field preferred
    7. Call Center Experience strongly preferred.
    8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills required
    9. Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally and empathetically.
    10. Ability to solve problems and de-escalate matters.
    11. Intermediate Computer skills to document calls and navigate various software programs, databases, and internet navigation skills.
    12. Proof of ability to work in the US.

    Education: HS diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

    Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Ability to sit or remain sedentary for up to 8,9,10 hours per day, except for periodic breaks pursuant to applicable law.
