PRODUCT SPECIALIST/ DELIVERY COORDINATOR

COMPENSATION: $13 - $18 AN HOUR PLUS BONUSES

This is not a sales position. Rather, it involves showing the customers the "bells and whistles"  that come with their newly purchased new or used vehicle. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Educate customers by explaining simple procedures and features of the vehicle

• Assist with pairing phones and garage door openers, reviewing navigation and key fobs

• Demonstrate options for sound system and special features and benefits in the vehicle

• Be the expert. Know the in’s & the out’s and optional packages & latest technology

• Verify delivery  paperwork, vehicle  condition, and the presence or absence of accessories listed on the invoice

• Follow-up with customers to ensure smooth transaction

• Ensure delivery area. show room floor, lot and other areas meet dealership standards

• Directly report to the Sales Manager and Customer Service Department Manager

• Bring your pleasant personality and  positive attitude with you every day !

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends

• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s

• Fantastic communication skills with your customers

• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors year round

• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. ( no visible tattoos)

• Clean driving record and valid license

• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

• Must be 18 and over with 3 years driving experience

• Bi lingual is a plus

• Able to drive a stick shift is a plus
