Leads the IT operations within the Maintenance management area ERP Solutions for Managed Packaging and ensures that the IT delivery is carried out on time, with the right quality at the right cost.
· Responsible for all IT systems, integrations, and service delivery to Managed Packaging. Current systems include ERP, CRM, CAD, Graphics, and Project Management.
· Drive technology development and adoption to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and improve costs.
The role is directly subordinate to Manager IT Business Services.
2.1. Main duties
Normal Operations
· Oversee maintenance and development work by both internal and external resource specialists including cost, quality, credential management, and documentation.
· Ensure supplier SLA specifications are met.
· Be active part of maintenance management and / or development teams within the maintenance area.
· Maintain active and open communication with the managers, maintenance organization, and users to ensure discovery and delivery of agreed needs.
· Actively work for own knowledge development and continuing education that the position requires.
Change Management
· Work with managers and users to refine strategic roadmap, budget, and proposals for applications including needs analysis, scope development, justification, supplier selection and contracting.
· Maintain awareness of new developments and work to introduce new functionality and technology that can add value for Managed Packaging and BillerudKorsnäs.
· Further develop the business-related IT functions in order to get the most efficient and effective function possible for Managed Packaging's operations within BillerudKorsnäs.
· Create and perform system and integration tests
· Function as PMO or PM when needed.
· Plan and assess (resources and costs) activities and be responsible for a successful IT delivery.
Exception Management
· Report status, deviations, and follow-up of costs to object owners IT and steering group.
· Perform troubleshooting and error handling
3.1 Formal education
· Academic degree on Master or Bachelor level in Computer Science or equivalent.
· Several years of experience as a specialist in maintenance management and / or development of IT systems.
· Several years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
· Several years of experience working within Microsoft's ecosystems and products
· Understanding of complex dependencies in IT.
· Experience of development in Azure
· Good knowledge in agile development and DevOp's approach

· Very good skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and operations.
· Very good system knowledge within Microsoft's product family and ecosystem.
· Experience and understanding of 24 * 7 operations in a Global cloud-based IT landscape.
· Very good knowledge of systems and Maintenance object management.
· Experience of development within Azure.
· Project management experience.
· Be familiar with methods, models and frameworks applied within BillerudKorsnäs.
· Skilled in communicating and creating / building trust and relationships within and outside the IT organization.
· Good at analyzing and setting requirements.
· Be able to hold the position of Project manager
