    We are looking for licensed Agents to join our team that are newly licensed or have up to 3 years of experience to service our home selling and home buying clients, and to become an important part of our explosive growth. A Billie Bauer & Co. agent prospects (includes identifying and calling for sale by owner/expired listing candidates and our database), closes those leads to appointments, closes appointments to agreements, and then provides high-level fiduciary advice. Responsibilities: • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs. • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline.  • Provide world class customer service to buyers. • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM, as well as outbound calls to prospective leads.  • Hold open houses regularly. • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers. Qualifications: • Up to 3 years of experience in Real Estate. • The perfect candidate also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues.  • He/she is committed to investing in team members and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well. • You must like to have fun at work. The culture of our team requires this!  Most of our Realtors earn at minimum of $60,000 a year. We have had agents make $100,000 their first year and even $125,000 their first year. There is no financial ceiling! Compensation: $60,000
