    Billie’s Nantucket,located in Nantucket, MA, is seeking an experienced full-time Line Cook.

    Who are we? We are a new upscale casual steakhouse set to open in the Summer of 2025. We are dedicated to the well-being and growth of our employees, believing that respect and kindness toward them are the cornerstones of our business.

    Candidate summary: The ideal candidate is focused, committed, and experienced in their craft. They should take initiative and demonstrate leadership while being a great team player.

    This is a unique opportunity to help open a restaurant on a beautiful, high-end Island.

    Job title:

    • Line Cook

    Compensation and benefits:

    • $21-25 hourly based on experience
    • $1200-1600 weekly 
    • Paid bi-weekly
    • Bonus pay

    Schedule requirements:

    • 5 days per week

    Language requirements:

    • English

    Must have experience:

    • 1+ years of prior kitchen experience in an upscale casual restaurant
    • Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
    • Follow written recipes and instructions
    • Reach, bend, stoop, and lift 50 lbs.
    • Work in a standing position
