Billie’s Nantucket, located in Nantucket, MA, is seeking an experienced full-time Sous Chef.

Compensation and benefits:

• $1700-2000 weekly
• Paid bi-weekly
• Bonus pay

• 50-60 hours per week

Must have experience:

• 2+ years of prior experience in a kitchen leadership role in an upscale casual restaurant
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Staff education, training, and motivation
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Follow written recipes and instructions
• Menu creation
• Work in a standing position
• Managing 5-10 employees
