About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Analyze and process medical billing claims with precision and efficiency.

Review and resolve discrepancies in billing and coding to ensure compliance.

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims.

Prepare detailed reports on billing trends and performance metrics.

Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures.

Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance companies.

Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in medical billing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in medical billing or healthcare finance.

Strong knowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) and billing regulations.

Proficiency in billing software and electronic health records (EHR).

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
