Billing & Receivables Senior Operations Specialist Thrifty White Pharmacy
Thrifty White Pharmacy is currently hiring a Senior Operations Specialist to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Maple Grove, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career in a professional office environment.
This role is ideal for a strong candidate who drives efficiencies, executes projects and supports the team and larger leadership team by contributing at a higher level beyond day-to-day task execution.
Position Details:
Monday thru Friday – no evenings or weekends
Ability to work in a professional office environment with hybrid flexibility
Perform advanced billing and receivables tasks while supporting team operations
Manage process improvement efforts and operational follow-up
Create reporting, review, identify trends and perform data audits
Support procedure documentation and training
Utilize technology such as TWRx, PeopleSoft, OnBase, Microsoft Office, MNITS, and insurance websites
Maintain accuracy and ensure HIPAA compliance

Desired Qualifications:
Proficient experience in SQL, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to support internal and external customers professionally
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong follow-through and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and help implement solutions
Ability to support SOP updates, workflow documentation, and training coordination
Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
Ability to work effectively with leadership and colleagues across teams
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
Experience with insurance billing, receivables, or related pharmacy operations preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft, TWRx, OnBase, MNITS, and insurance websites preferred
