You’ll be responsible for processing invoices, tracking payments, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Create and send accurate invoices to customers • Verify freight documentation (BOLs, rate confirmations, etc.) • Track payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding invoices • Coordinate with dispatch and accounting to ensure accurate billing Qualifications: Requirements: • Experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting (trucking industry preferred) • Strong attention to detail and time management • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools • Knowledge of trucking operations, BOLs, and load documentation a big plus • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Perks: • Flexible hours within Mon–Wed schedule • Chill team with high standards Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
