Job Title: Billing Specialist

About Us: Kaleidoscope is seeking a high-level Billing Specialist to join our growing team to support our largest customer. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives on solving problems, and brings creative, out-of-the-box thinking to billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process billing with accuracy and timeliness.

Conduct comparative analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues quickly.

Develop and maintain billing reports to support financial decision-making.

Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve billing processes.

Leverage Excel (including advanced functions such as XLOOKUP) to analyze and reconcile billing data.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in billing, accounting, or related financial role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions).

Experience in comparative analysis and identifying data trends.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
