Chatterbox Therapy Center is seeking a Part-Time Billing Specialist to join our growing team! This in-office position offers 25–30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time for the right candidate. About Us: Chatterbox is North Texas' only AAC-focused center. We provide speech therapy and ABA services to children with complex communication needs. Our interdisciplinary team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and heart — and we're looking for someone who shares that spirit. Our clinic is growing and looking to add occupation and physical therapy in the near future.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and process billing for speech therapy, and ABA services

Submit insurance claims and track reimbursements

Follow up on outstanding claims and denials

Collaborate with therapists and admin to ensure accuracy

Maintain organized and up-to-date records

Communicate with families and insurance providers with professionalism and empathy

Send out invoices to vendors for services

Maintain AR for pending charges

What We’re Looking For:

Prior billing experience in pediatric therapy (ST, OT, PT, ABA)

Strong understanding of insurance processes and codes

Proficiency with billing software and EMR systems (we'll train on ours!)

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
