    Billing & Trust Accounting Specialist

    Seattle, WA

    (Hybrid)

Join a longstanding, locally rooted family law firm as their Billing Expert, supporting 15+ attorneys and working hand-in-hand with the Controller. Legal billing experience is required, and trust accounting experience is a plus.

For nearly a century, this firm has helped individuals, families, and businesses with thoughtful strategies and strong advocacy. They take pride in a collaborative and respectful culture where every team member is valued and supported.

This is a wonderful opportunity to own the firm’s billing and trust accounting operations, build close relationships with attorneys and staff, and make a direct impact. In addition to generous paid time off, the firm provides 100% employer-paid health benefits and offers either an ORCA transit card or parking reimbursement.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of three days in the office each week. During your first 90 days, you’ll be in the office more frequently to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding.

If you’re a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a friendly, fast-paced legal environment, we’d love to hear from you.
