Billing & Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)
This part-time role (initially 12–15 hours/week) focuses on ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our billing and administrative processes. The first 30–90 days will involve close collaboration with ownership—allowing hands-on training during agreed-upon hours, potentially including some weekends, again, if agreed upon. Once acclimated, the role will have increasing autonomy in managing billing processes and potentially more.
Manage and execute billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate directly with ownership during the onboarding phase to understand existing systems.
Contribute to refining billing workflows for efficiency and clarity.
Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed.
Significant Growth Potential While the primary focus is billing, we value individuals who demonstrate aptitude for more. Depending on skill and interest, this role could evolve into broader responsibilities—ranging from operational coordination to assisting with marketing efforts (e.g., social media, TikTok) or leadership support.
Do You Have?
Strong attention to detail, particularly with numbers and records.
Proactive communication and a willingness to learn directly from leadership.
Flexibility during the training period to align schedules with ownership.
An interest in growth: if you have a creative spark, operational vision, or marketing ideas, there could be future opportunities to expand your responsibilities.
Hours & Work Environment:
12–15 hours per week to start, with potential to expand based on business needs.
Initial training phase will be scheduled collaboratively (weekday and weekend options possible). After training, more flexible hours and autonomy will be standard.
Work primarily on-site to ensure close collaboration during the onboarding process.
Ongoing work environment will depend on business need. However, the role is intended to be hybrid with a 80/20 (remote/onsite) expectation.
