This is a multi-faceted position for a growing multi-business (Marietta, GA) corporation that’s run like a family-owned small business. We are looking for a passionate, conscientious self-starter to be a part of our administrative team. This person would need to function well wearing several hats.
This administrative assistant position is much more than just managing phones, emails and calendars. This individual would need to grow, shift, research and flex as needed for the needs of the team. The responsibilities range from executive support, expense approvals, assisting our HR department, arranging team events, dealing with some business insurance issues, organizing facility maintenance, special projects, and many other tasks, as needed.
