About the UX and Front End Developer position

We are looking for a skilled UX Designer and Front End Developer who will design and implement our Sitecore CMS experiences and  to help meet our customers' needs. You will make our Sitecore implementation more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers, by combining interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.

A successful candidate should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. We also expect you to have strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects.

UX and Front End Developer responsibilities are:

• Analyze and meet product specifications and user expectations

• Create customer journey maps to achieve business goals

• Perform concept and usability testing and gather feedback

• Build wireframes and prototypes around customer needs

• Solve UX problems, such as usability or findability, using creative approach

• Implement UX changes in Sitecore CMS

UX and Front End Developer requirements are:

• 2+ years' experience of working on a UX Designer, UI Designer or other relevant position

• 2+ years' experience doing front end development

• Significant experience with design software and a solid portfolio of projects

• Excellent knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and other UX concepts

• Experience with of HTML/CSS and stylesheet preprocessors, such as SASS and LESS

• Experience developing in JavaScript using a modern framework such as AngularJS, React, or jQuery

• Full Stack development experience in a .NET/Sitecore environment is a plus

• Experience in project management and research will be a bonus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business-oriented approach

• Strong communication skills

• BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or other related area
