Job Responsibilities: Service and support for Web-based applications and systems; Assist in the validation of web applications or changes to these applications Monitor effectiveness of implemented technology solutions and initiates improvements; Liaise with systems experts on hardware and software issues that affect Web-based systems and their availability. Skills: Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. Proven experience in the support of Web applications Experience in software validation according to cGMP Comprehensive experience with all aspects of Web site content management; Experience with Web database integration and a range of database platforms, i.e. MS SQL, MYSQL, Oracle, DB2, etc.; Working experience with Web authoring, dashboard, and publishing tools; Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 2-4 years experience required.
