We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Bindery Technician to join our fast-paced print shop team. If you take pride in precision work and enjoy bringing printed materials to life, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, stitchers, and laminators

Perform finishing tasks including trimming, folding, collating, binding, and packaging

Ensure high-quality output and accuracy of finished products

Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized

Work closely with the digital and large format team to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

Previous bindery or print shop experience preferred (will train the right candidate)

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation & troubleshoot

Team-oriented with a solid work ethic
