    JOB OVERVIEW/SUMMARY

    As part of the Human Resources team, the Recruiting Coordinator will assist in the daily tasks needed for BioDuro’s employment and recruitment programs.  This includes candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates for all levels of positions. This role will also assist with events planning and other administrative work as needed.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Screen candidates for qualifications and schedule interviews for internal and external candidates for open positions;
    • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements;
    • Assist in coordination of pre-employment travel, relocation, reporting dates, security clearances and employment processing including visas (with HR assistant and Generalist);
    • Organize and document post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates;
    • Assist with employee on-boarding program

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and training;
    • 0 – 2 years of experience within Recruiting, Human Resources, or Life Sciences
    • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and project management skills;
    • Must be Internet-savvy and experienced in using the Internet as a research tool;
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Experience in Life Science/Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry
    • Interest in career in Human Resources or Recruiting
