    TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST LOCATION: WOBURN, MA POSITION TYPE: FULL-TIME/PERMANENT/DIRECT HIRE/HYBRID

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    As a Technical Customer Support Specialist with Prendio, each day you will be presented with new and interesting problems to solve. This role requires a very technically minded, hands-on individual who pays close attention to detail and can handle multiple priorities at once. As the new Prendio Technical Customer Support Specialist, you are an integral part of creating a first-class user experience for our fast-growing customer base.

    ON A GIVEN DAY, A PRENDIO TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST MAY:

    • Provide customer service via phone, email, and screen share sessions
    • Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and vendors through effective and timely communication
    • Research, resolve and follow up on any customer service/technical issues in a timely manner
    • Respond to, create, update, and maintain case records in our support ticket system
    • Initiate screen share sessions to troubleshoot issues
    • Replicate and escalate suspected bugs to developers using Jira
    • Document and analyze requested features
    • Apply known quick fixes when production issues are reported
    • Create documentation
    • Perform regression and MAC Testing
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1+ years of customer service experience
    • Extensive experience with MS Office
    • The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
    • Must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment
    • Strong written and verbal skills
    • Must be a decisive individual with great problem-solving skills
    • Great attention to detail
    • Must be a dependable, flexible and consistent team player with a positive attitude
    • The ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues
    • An affinity for learning new programs and software applications
    • Must be self-motivated, inquisitive, and persistent
    • Strong technical knowledge of software applications
    • The ability to communicate clearly, patiently, and kindly
    • A friendly, upbeat personality
    • Experience with Reporting software, JavaScript, SQL & Jira/Confluence helpful but not required
