WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Applicant should possess strong organizational skills and be able to work independently or with a team to manage multiple projects. Excellent written, verbal communication and computer skills are required. Fast-paced environment; attention to detail is critical.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

§ Receiving and Invoice Processing

o Accurate data entry

o 3-way match: making sure the invoices and packing slips align with the purchase order

o Editing purchase orders within our systems

§ Communicating with Clients and Vendors

o Requesting missing packing slips and purchase orders from clients

o Working with vendors to research and dispute incorrect invoices and obtain credits

§ Client and Vendor Relations

o Maintain excellent relations with your client companies: our employees been invited to client Holiday parties and have even won client company awards! We’re an extension of their team and we treat them like family. We go above and beyond for our clients!

o Maintain excellent vendor relations. Work with sales reps and vendor accounts receivable teams and develop a relationship with key players to ensure our clients get the best service.

§ comfortable talking on the phone to suppliers, clients, etc.

§ ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues

§ dependable, flexible and consistent team player with a positive “can do” attitude

§ excellent verbal and written communication skills

§ ability to learn new software and technology

§ must be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and be able to prioritize

§ experience with an ERP system is a plus, but not a requirement

§ Accounts Payable/Accounting experience a plus, but not a requirement

§ Bachelors’ Degree a plus, but not a requirement
